Most orders received by 10:00 AM EST Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM EST are not guaranteed to be shipped that day but we will give it our best try depending on how many other baskets are ahead of your order. Otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted when calculating the number of days in transit. During the busy holiday seasons and/or bad weather shipping may take additional days.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please email us if you wish to have your item sent other than UPS ground delivery. Below is a map which shows the number of days it will take your basket to reach it's destination from our location in Va.

We will always attempt to fill your order exactly as pictured but we reserve the right to substitue an item of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable from our suppliers. In this way we can expedite your order and get it on it's way as soon as possible.
